Issue Information:

Three Charter Amendments to Tip City Charter:

Amend Section 4.04 to read No member of Council shall serve more than two consecutive terms as Mayor.

Amend Section 4.05 to read No member of Council shall serve more that two consecutive terms as President.

Amend Sectionj 8.04 about the Board of Appeals to establish a term of office to be three years.
