Gas Aggregation City of Maineville

Issue Information:

Shall the Village of Maineville have the authority to aggregate th retail natural gas loads located in the vilage, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate those loads the sale and purchase of natrual gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
