Dayton Metro Library levy Montgomery County
Issue Information:
A replacement of 1.25 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 0.5 mill to constitute a tax for the benefit of Dayton Metro Library District for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1.75 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.175 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
