| What is the biggest challenge facing Ross Township and what plans do you have for solving that challenge? | ||
The biggest challenge facing Ross Township is the pressure of housing development vs. Agriculture. If elected as Trustee, Regional Planning Comprehensive Plan needs revisited. Increased housing development needs to be preplanned. Challenges to be considered are: can our Township afford or find neighboring townships support for infrastructure needed for more houses? County water/sewage, Fire/EMS protection? Additional training for our Zoning Ccommittees needs to be provided. Development and Agriculture can exist together if well planned. | ||
