Communication between the citizens of Franklin and all members of the school family is essential. All funding sources available to the district must be explored and used to best advantage in order to provide a quality education for our students. Excellent teachers who challenge students, a hard working support straff, a strong adminstrative team, effective board members, a supportive community and adequate funding are all necessary if we are to maintain an excellent rating. | ||
