What would you name as the biggest challenge for Ross Township and what solutions would you as trustee suggest to meet that challenge?

I think the biggest challenge is to promote smart economic development and to build for the future but keep that small town feel. Zoning in Ross Township is crucial to this process so we can protect what we currently have. Zoning would allow us to keep our residential and commercial buildinsgs clean and debris free. We need to bring in businesses to create jobs and generate tax revenue. Develop a Ross Township Community Recreational Facility and Public Park.

What would you name as the biggest challenge for Ross Township and what solutions would you as trustee suggest to meet that challenge?

The most critical challenge facing Ross Township is the economy. While the cost of providing services continues to grow, the amount of revenue received by the township continues to shrink. We must have experienced leadership and proven fiscal responsibility by our elected officials to continue to maintain present services in the township with the declining tax base we now face. I pledge to continue to get the biggest “bang” for Ross Township taxpayers’ buck.
