We must proactively prepare now even though Fairfield is considered "cautiously OK" as compared to other communities. Low priority capital improvement projects must be temporarily postponed and multi-year contingency plans made in the event that they might be needed. New innovative and cost effective ways of providing city services should be explored which include seeking city employees and community input on cost saving recommendations. Wise financial management a must. | ||
