What was the most important project completed in North Lewisburg during this past year and what plans do you have for future projects, if elected?

The water meters were the most controversial project completed in North Lewisburg. They affected everyone in the increase of their water bill. For future projects I would like to get the Harvest Festival back in town like it used to be; to get the community more involved on it. And get more residents and businesses in North Lewisburg so it can grow and prosper for the next generation. I would also like to work toward an appropriate way to lower the water rates.

The only project that I know got completed was the two water wells were serviced. I would like to start a Neighborhood Block Watch with the Local authority. The most imnportant thing I could do would be to help people, old and young alike, get their views heard before town funds are spent.

What was the most important project completed in North Lewisburg during this past year and what plans do you have for future projects, if elected?

The most important and difficult project completed was the water and sewer rate issue. We needed as a village to address the double debt load and make sure the water and sewer fund was self sufficient. We are now on the right path. Going forward we need to be creative in ways to cut costs at the wastewater treatment plant. Also, we need to encourage new small businesses to locate in North Lewisburg.
