What is the biggest challenge facing the Village of Enon and what plans do you have to address that challenge?

The biggest challenge facing the village is the conflicts within the current Village administration and the resulting loss of experienced department heads and elected officials. I will respectfully work with the council, Mayor, and village residents to do what is best for the health and safety of its residents. I will bring 22 years of experience as a council member and Mayor, with skills in the legislative and budgetary process.

What is the biggest challenge facing the Village of Enon and what plans do you have to address that challenge?

Like all entities, Enon must continue to be fiscally responsible, yet provide outstanding public service to the citizens. Most people living in Enon like the "small town" feeling, yet expect the conveniences associated with larger cities. Therefore, I believe in annexation only to benefit Enon. Continue to develop a professional Police Department and quality Public Service employees/procedures. Develop grants and resources from state/federal in order to finance ongoing maintenance/services and various initiatives.

In this economic climate, the village cannot afford to squander its capital on ill advised unnecessary assets or projects. We must be smart in our use of the villages funds to maximize the benefit to the people we serve. I promise to use wise stewardship of the resources available, to make informed decisions striving to give the village residents the most return for their tax dollars; addressing issues openly and honestly respecting values of others.
