| What is the biggest challenge facing Springfield Township and what plans do you have for solving that challenge? | ||
With the slow economy, Springfield Township will face decreasing revenues. The challenge will be to maintian the excellent Fire and EMS service, road maintenance and other services to residents. With my experience in the financial industry managing corporate and non-profit budgets, I have the ability to ensure prudent spending of the township's tax revenue. As a Trustee, I would work hard to block annexation attempts that would not benefit the township's neighborhoods.

| What is the biggest challenge facing Springfield Township and what plans do you have for solving that challenge? | ||
I believe the biggest challenge facing Springfield Township is to be able to continue providing service to its citizens as the township population continues to increase. Springfield Township provides many excellent service such as Fire, EMS, and road maintenance. Continuation of these services at the same level will prove to be a challenge for the future. The solution to this situation will be to deal with each area on a case-by-case basis and to remain as efficient as is humanly possible.

The biggest challenge in Springfield Township is to continue to preserve a safe and strong heritage. We must maintain, improve, and strengthen the quality of services for our residents. I want to see the township develop and move into the new East Side Fire and EMS station where the old E-check building once was. This new facility will continue to protect and bless our township residents for years to come.

The constant threat of annexation into the City of Springfield is the biggest challenge facing Springfield Township. I plan to inform the people and have them decide based on true facts. The voice of the people should be heard because it is powerful in numbers. I have never assumed to know what is best for others and if elected will gather input from the people to make proper decisions.

| What is the biggest challenge facing Springfield Township and what plans do you have for solving that challenge? | ||
The past two audits of township books have disclosed weakness in reporting and record keeping. These weaknesses have cost taxpayers an additional $60,000 in audit fees. With my finance and accounting experience I will insure taxpayers money is not wasted but spent meeting needs of township. Previous trustees voted to allow string annexation to the City of Springfield. This policy violates the majority of residents wishes. I will fight so this will not happen again.
