Teen sent to prison for murder

Scott Cook Jr., 18, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for the shooting death of Damarion Flippin. Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Frances McGee handed down the sentence on Tuesday, April 7. Cook, an alleged gang member, admitted shooting Flippin at an RTA bus stop in Dayton on Nov. 13.
