SUV rolls over on I-675
The driver of a Ford Explorer was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries on Wednesday, Nov. 18, after losing control and flipping at the end of the northbound I-675 ramp from eastbound Indian Ripple Road in Beavercreek at about 1:30 p.m.

Former Fairborn star beaten
Chris Kernich, a 2005 graduate who played football and baseball at Fairborn High School, now a Kent State University student, remained in critical condition Tuesday, Nov. 17, at an Akron hospital two days after he was severely beaten in what police called an unprovoked assault.

Police are investigating a multi-vehicle accident at Huffman Avenue and Fifth Street this afternoon, Nov. 11, that sent at least two people to the hospital and closed the intersection in all directions.

2 accidents close I-75 southbound
Two separate accidents, the first accident causing the second, took place on I-75, southbound, near the Stanley Avenue exit. Six cars and one tractor trailer were involved. One person was taken to the hospital.

Accident sends 2 to hospital
A one car accident at the intersection of Shroyer Rd and Lincoln Park Blvd, in Kettering across from Fairmont High School, sent the driver, Mary Newton, 55, of Dayton, and the passenger, Newton's 81-year-old mother, Doris Gast, also of Dayton, to the hospital in critical condition. The women had to be cut out of and extracted from the car after hitting a pole.

Ambulance crashes on I-75
Three people were transported by Dayton Fire medics, including a kidney dialysis patient, to Miami Valley Hospital after a private ambulance crashed into a concrete retaining wall on Interstate 75 just before noon Wednesday, Oct. 21.
