Pie in the face for mayoral candidate

Dayton mayoral candidate Gary Leitzell takes a pie for the cause from Bob Cochran, communications manager for Leitzell’s campaign, at Dolcessa, 1106 Brown St., on Thursday, June 18. Cochran was the highest bidder at a pie auction to raise money for Leitzell’s challenge to Mayor Rhine McLin. Pies from several local businesses also were auctioned and raffled off at the event.
