The Law Enforcement Torch Run Dinner for the Special Olympics was held at the Centerville Police Department on Wednesday, June 24. The torch run, held on Thursday, June 25, raises funds and awareness for the Special Olympics organization.

A funeral mass for Sen. Robert Schuler was held Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Montgomery. Schuler, who represented all of Warren County and parts of Hamilton County, died Friday night after a long battle with cancer at 66.
