On one of the hottest days of the year about 40 runners FBI/Centerville Police, Kettering Police, one Miami Twp. Police run the final block in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics on Thursday, June 25, preceding Saturday's Special Olympics in Columbus. Starting from the Centerville Police Dept around 11:30 a.m., they ran north on US 48 to the Dayton Convention Center, arriving at approximately 1:45 p.m.
